Whether you’re tired of spending money on bland, unhealthy baby food or simply want your baby to try something new, testing out your own baby food recipes and creating delicious foods your child can be a great idea. Check out these simple to make, at-home baby food recipes:

Fruit: 

Creamy Kiwi Pudding: 
What you’ll need:
1 ripe kiwi fruit
2oz of prepared baby rice cereal or oatmeal
2oz of cottage cheese

To make this creamy kiwi pudding, simply peel the kiwi fruit, than mash it up with a fork. Combine it with some cottage cheese for a healthy, delicious baby food item.

Baked Bananas With Maple Syrup: 
What you’ll need:
1 ripe banana
pinch of cinnamon powder
1 tsp of maple syrup
1 tbsp of unsalted butter
Teething Cookies:

Basic Teething Biscuits:
What you’ll need:
1 cup of rolled oats
1 cup of steel cut oats
2 tablespoon of brown rice syrup
1/4 cup of coconut oil
1/2 tsp of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and vanilla extract
1 tsp of baking powder

Mix all of the dry ingredients and add in the syrup and melted oil. Make simple shapes. Bake it at 350 degrees for 35 minutes and be sure to flip once during baking. Done when golden.

Pumpkin Teething Biscuits: 
What you’ll need:
1 cup of rolled oats
1 cup of steel cut oats
1 cup of pumpkin puree
2 tbsp of brown rice syrup
2 tbsp of coconut oil
1/2 tsp of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and vanilla extract
1 tsp of baking powder

Mix all of the dry ingredients and add in the pumpkin. Form the dough like shapes and bake at 350 for 45 minutes until golden.
Vegetables: 

Avo Delight: 
What you’ll need:
1/4 of fresh Avocado Pear
30g of cream Cheese
Any kind of yogurt

Mix it all together and have a baby food packed with tons of protein! Simple and easy to make.

Sweet Potato Porridge: 
What you’ll need:
1 cup of water
2 oz of oats
2 oz of sweet potato, cooked and pureed
A pinch cinnamon
A pinch nutmeg

Mix in a saucepan and wait for it to boil. Simmer for 7 minutes, let cool,

and give it to your baby!
