Feta-Stuffed Glazed Chicken Quarters

Ingredients
- 1/2cup fig preserves
- 1/4cup soy sauce
- Juice of 1 orange or 1 lime
- 3ounces feta cheese
- 3 chicken quarters
- 1/2teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Cut excess fat off of chicken. Combine preserves, soy sauce and juice; whisk well. Place feta under the skin of each chicken quarter. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Pour preserves mixture over, and bake at 1 hour.
