Ingredients
- 1 1/2pounds turnips
- 2tablespoons light olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1teaspoon onion salt
Instructions
Heat oven to 425°F.
Cut turnips into 2x½-inch sticks. Place on a foil-lined jelly-roll pan. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and chili powder. Toss with your hands to coat. Spread out in a single layer.
Roast fries 30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time for even browning. Serve immediately.
